I’ve been an artist and intuitive my entire life, a yoga instructor for over 20 years, and most recently a guide and coach. My mission? To bring your unique creative spark to life.

I Know What It Feels Like to Be Stuck

There was a time when I ignored my creative and intuitive gifts. I felt lost, disconnected—like I was living someone else’s life. It was painful to not feel seen. But what was even more painful? Not feeling like myself. So much so that I couldn't even make a simple decision. I doubted everything. Every choice, every feeling, every thought. Creativity and Intuition, the staples of what I knew to be me, were no where in sight.  

No one should feel that way.

I had hit a wall. I began reinvesting in me, my decades worth of tools that I had neglected. When I tapped back into my intuition, my creativity began to flow freely and abundantly. When I created my intuition thrived. I became passionate about these two access points to each other - and a formula for getting "unstuck" began to present itself. I was clear. I felt purposeful. I reconnected with my joy, but there was one thing left. I wanted to help. I pieced together a program, workbooks and tools to help YOU dig out of that hole and thrive. That’s why I became a guide and coach—to empower creatives and intuitive souls like you break free from self-doubt, reconnect with their inner wisdom, and rediscover the joy of authentic expression.
