What is Intuition + Coaching?

My passion as an intuitive is not just to share the messages that come forward for you, but to help you integrate those messages into your life for more ease, flow, and purpose. I have over two decades of experience teaching yoga and am a perpetual student of yoga and Ayurveda. I bring these wisdom and tools to the table in all of our intuition and coaching sessions. I connect with your soul to help guide you to your highest energetic potential in this life. I am a firm believer in the no-BS actionable approach to our sessions tailoring each one with intuitive tools, personalized workbooks, worksheets, and action steps to incorporate these into your daily life. Every session is recorded for you to keep.
